In the dehydrated products are as much as possible kept (up to 90 containing in raw material) especially valuable biologically active substances ( БАВ ): vitamins E, В 1, В 2, РР , C, pro vitamin C, amino acids and other micro cells. Thus power properties and vitamin balance of a product it is kept in current of all term ого storages. Suppression during drying micro flora of an initial product allows increasing a period of storage of a product in tight packing up to 2 х. and more than years. The product is ready to the use and without hydration.
